We have received some guidance from Little League on the use of chrome helmets and neoprene sleeves during the International Tournament.

Chrome helmets: If, in the umpire’s judgment, a chrome helmet is distracting in any way, it shall be removed.

Neoprene Sleeves: If neoprene sleeves are worn by a pitcher, they must be covered by an undershirt.
