Little League Baseball Regional Tournament Series – Randy Kushner

Randy Kushner began umpiring as a Little League Umpire in 1996. He started in Lower Loudoun Little League which now a part of District 16 and formerly District 10. He and his family moved to Purcellville, VA in 1999 and Randy began umpiring in Upper Loudoun Little League (ULLL). At that time, Upper Loudoun was part of District 3. Now it is part of District 16. He has umpired at all levels of Little League Baseball.

He has been invited to umpire at five Virginia State Tournaments and attended training sessions throughout the years locally, at Southeastern Region, and at Little League Headquarters in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He assists with training and mentoring of youth umpires in ULLL. Randy Kushner was invited this year to umpire at the 2012 Southeastern Regional Tournament.
