Williamsport has posted an important clarification for the proof of residence documentation that must accompany the Tournament Eligibility Affidavit.

This affects the documentation that the player agents must collect for the affidavit.

while a valid driver’s license issued two years ago may be currently in force, a utility bill from three years ago is not, and should not be accepted as a proof of CURRENT residence. A utility bill from January of the current year, however, would be acceptable.
