Congratulations to Kacy Bondy from Lower Loudoun Little League. Kacy was selected to be an umpire this summer at the 2011 Big League Baseball World Series. The World Series is scheduled to be played in Easley, South Carolina from July 27 to August 3.

The oldest Little League division of play, Big League Baseball is for players 16-18 years old. It is played on a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches.
