Freedom Park

Freedom Park, Leesburg

Site of the 2010 District 16 Little League Baseball Tournament.

Freedom Park is located in the southeast part of Leesburg, off Tolbert Lane SE near Evergreen Mill Road. Two softball fields are on the left as you drive into the park: Casciano is the closer field and Mayr is the further. On the right are two baseball fields: Reavis and Huber. The fields have lights. All fields have bleachers, and a snack bar is available. Permanent bathroom facilities are available. A covered pavilion/picnic area is located near the softball fields.

From the north: Take Route 15 Bypass South. Turn left on to Sycolin Road. Turn right at the light on to Battlefield Parkway. Just after you cross over the Dulles Greenway, Freedom Park is on the right. Make a right on to Evergreen Mill Road, the next right on to Tolbert Lane, and a final right into the park.

Alternate from the north: Take Route 15 Bypass South. Follow the signs to get on to the Dulles Greenway. Take the first exit, Battlefield Parkway (no toll). Make a right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. Freedom Park is on the right. Make a right on to Evergreen Mill Road, the next right on to Tolbert Lane, and a final right into the park.

From the south: Take Route 15 North. Turn right on to Evergreen Mill Road. Turn left on to Tolbert Lane, just after Simpson Middle School on the left and Evergreen Mill Elementary School on the right. Freedom Park is immediately on the right.

From the west: Take Route 7 East to Route 15 South. Turn left on to Evergreen Mill Road. Turn left on to Tolbert Lane, just after Simpson Middle School on the left and Evergreen Mill Elementary School on the right. Freedom Park is immediately on the right.

Alternate from the west: Take Route 7 East to the Dulles Greenway. Take the first exit, Battlefield Parkway (no toll). Make a right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. Freedom Park is on the right. Make a right on to Evergreen Mill Road, the next right on to Tolbert Lane, and a final right into the park.

From the east: Take the Dulles Greenway to the Battlefield Parkway exit. At the first light, turn right on to Battlefield Parkway. After crossing over the Greenway, Freedom Park is on the right. Make a right on to Evergreen Mill Road, the next right on to Tolbert Lane, and a final right into the park.

Alternate from the east: Take Route 7 West to the Route 15 Bypass South. Go past the light at Sycolin Road and get on to the Dulles Greenway. Take the first exit, Battlefield Parkway (no toll). Make a right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. Freedom Park is on the right. Make a right on to Evergreen Mill Road, the next right on to Tolbert Lane, and a final right into the park.

Alternate from the east: Take Ashburn Farm Parkway west until it turns into Sycolin Road (at Belmont Ridge Road/659). Take Sycolin Road. At the second light after Leesburg Airport, turn left on to Battlefield Parkway. After crossing over the Greenway, Freedom Park is on the right. Make a right onto Evergreen Mill Road, the next right onto Tolbert Lane, and a final right into the park.

Crittenden Park

Crittenden Park, Ashburn

Site of the 2010 District 16 10-11 Year Old Baseball Tournament.

Greg Crittenden Park is located in Ashburn off Windmill Drive at Ashburn Farms Parkway. Field #1 is the field closest the parking lot, and Field #2 is the further. Batting cages are located beyond Field #2. Both fields have bleachers, and a snack bar is available. Permanent bathroom facilities are available.

From the east: Take the Dulles Greenway to Claiborne Parkway. Make a right at the end of the exit ramp. At the first light, make a right on to Ashburn Farm Parkway. Make the second right on to Windmill Drive. The parking lot entrance is on the left.

From the west: Take Route 7 East to Belmont Ridge Road/659. Turn right on to Belmont Ridge Road. Take Belmont Ridge for 3 miles, and then turn left on to Ashburn Farm Parkway (Sycolin Road will go to the right). Go 1.4 miles, and make the second right after Claiborne Parkway on to Windmill Drive. The parking lot entrance is on the left.

Haske Field

Haske Field, Purcellville

Site of the 2010 District 16 9-10 Year Old Baseball Tournament.

Haske Field is located in the center of Purcellville, off South Nursery Avenue. It shares a parking lot with Fireman's Field and the Purcellville Skating Rink. Haske Field has lights and features actual dug outs. The field has bleachers and a snack bar is available. Permanent bathroom facilities are available at Fireman's Field.

From the east: Take Route 7 West. Exit at Berlin Turnpike/287. Turn left on to Berlin Turnpike at the end of the exit ramp. At the end of the road, turn right on to Main Street/Business 7. Turn left at the light at Nursery Avenue, and immediately bear right in front of the church. The field is on the left, one block down.

From the west: Take Route 7 East. Exit at Round Hill/Business 7. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Continue on Route 7 into town, and make a right at the light at Nursery Avenue, and immediately bear right in front of the church. The field is on the left, one block down.

From Round Hill Center: Follow High Street and make a right on to Main Street. Make a left on to West Loudoun Street/Route 7. Continue into Purcellville. Make a right on to Nursery Avenue, and immediately bear right in front of the church. The field is on the left, one block down.
